Cass Career Center PN Program

The application and reference forms needed to apply for our Practical Nursing program are attached below. The next class starts August 1, 2011.  We accept 27 students every year.  If you are interested in receiving a packet, please email your address to ogdenm@harrisonville.k12.mo.us, and we will send a packet to you. After you receive the packet, if you are interested in applying, then download the application form and the reference forms (3).  Complete the application and have your references return the reference forms, both by March 1 to be considered for application for the next year's class. We do consider previous coursework (within the last year) for transfer credit. Request must be made at the time of application. Upon acceptance into our program, you must provide an official transcript for coursework to be considered by May 15.

If you are applying to our our program, then you will also need to schedule to take the TEAS test.  Applicants must take the TEAS exam to be eligible for consideration to the LPN Program. PRE-REGISTRATION FOR TESTING IS A MUST!! Exams are given at Cass Career Center. Please register via the link on the right hand side of the page. You must include an email address for a confirmation email to be sent to you. You must allow thirty days in order to retake the exam (allowed one retake). Please go to www.atitesting.com to create an account before your testing date.  Bring your username and password on your testing date. The cost of the test is $50, and you must pay with a money order or cash. You can find the dates under the newsletter tab of our webpage.
